Jennifer Lopez complained about the condition of his stomach after giving birth.
After giving birth to twins, Jennifer Lopez claimed to try harder to keep her body in order to stay slim. In the past, the singer who was familiarly called JLo, could freely eat anything, but now he began to restrict.
"Since having a baby, it is increasingly difficult.'s Body began to change. It's not too drastic, but certainly I have to exercise harder and pay attention to the food consumed," says JLo, as quoted by Female First.
Mother of Max and Emme are complaining about the condition of his stomach after giving birth. For that, he is training hard for the return of his stomach.
"Before, I never specifically trained to form the stomach. But after having a baby, I had to really practice to improve its shape," said Marc Anthony's wife.
In fact many ways for judges 'American Idol' is to regain the slim body shape. Such as liposuction and plastic surgery. But now, he is not sure to do so.
"I do not know whether to undergo surgery. I do not know how later at the age of 50s or 60s. But I feel it's not something I want to do," says JLo.
The singer was born in 1969 to enjoy the process of change with age. Not only physical but also psychological.
"We all change, I would have felt differently. And I prefer a change in thinking things better," he said.
