Kate Gosselin Hits Up Today, Announces She’s Ready To Date Again, Lures Men With Cupcakes

Love her or hate her (and we know there are a lot of vociferous members of both sides of the debate), Kate Gosselin was back on the Today Show this morning, and in fine form. And we mean that literally – Kate has obviously been working out like a fiend. Say what you want about her, but she’s clearly in tip top shape. And it can’t be a coincidence that she spent a good deal of time talking about how she’s ready to date and get married again. So Kate’s looking good, that helps. Now all she’s gotta do is find a dude who’s willing to be a stepfather to eight kids. Get ready to beat them off with a stick!

“I have eight kids, I have a crazy work schedule, I’m known. It’s sort of daunting when I think about the obstacles. I’m hoping that person is out there, because the kids on a daily basis are just begging me to get married again. They bring it up all the time.”

Unfortunately Kate’s not as well-known as she’d like to think. The Washington Post has an uncomfortable little story about Kate having bodyguard Steve Neild chase down a guy she thought was cute outside of Georgetown Cupcake in D.C., and lure him to Kate with the aforementioned trendy dessert. Unfortunately it wasn’t a love connection – the guy wanted a gluten-free cupcake. And he didn’t know who Kate was.
