Sued USD 128.5 Billion by Her ex bodyguard
LOS ANGELES, Licom: Britney Spears's former bodyguard, Fernando Flores reported the singer of 'Toxic' to the Los Angeles court for committing sexual harassment against him. Besides demanding Rp 128.5 billion, Fernando also reveal some evidence of Britney's nude photos.
The evidence will be disclosed Fernando is a Britney nude photo sent to him via cell phone in April 2010. Nude photos are regarded as sexual harassment.
In addition, Britney often do other acts of sexual harassment in front of him, such as rocking striptease to stimulate Fernando. 29-year-old singer also accused never committed violence against her own son in front of Fernando.
Guards who previously worked as the police had been reporting the case in September 2010. However, recent evidence in the form of a new Britney nude photos will be brought to trial.
"There are some photos of her (Britney) naked, showing his body and he hopes will make her aroused," said friend Fernando as reported by The Sun on Monday (06/03/2011).
Meanwhile, through its legal counsel has denied all allegations Britney against him. Currently, ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake was busy promoting his new album entitled 'Femme Fatale'.
